This is the second doctor I have visited for this condition. I thought the first doctor was good, but that was due to ignorance. Jessica Craddock provided care that was so superior to my last doctor I realized the other doctor offered terrible service in comparison, and the service offered previously was either abnormally lacking or the service by Dr. Craddock was abnormally exceptional, but either way I will continue to visit her even if the location of the other provider is significantly more convenient

Dr Craddock is my MS Dr. She put me on a medication that lowered my heart rate from 123 between 72 and 76. The lowest I have experienced in years. I have always had high heart rate s. I really appreciate how she helped with that.

Dr Craddock is thorough, listens to what I say, takes extra measures to e sure my complex situation is handled with the attention and urgency it requires.On the other hand, when Dr Craddock was out of town, I had a flare that needed immediate attention and didn't receive a call back for three days. I could have left a message on the wrong phone tree number once but I don't believe so. In any case, please ensure patients know what number to call when an urgent response is needed.

You are required to leave a message. Dr. Cratic herself appears very knowledgeable, informative, easy to understand, and listens to questions and concerns carefully.

The doctor related the condition she is seeing me for (multiple sclerosis) to other health conditions being treated by other health providers. That is very helpful information.

It went well, I asked questions, the doctor answered them. The doctor asked questions, I answered them. It was a good appointment. Everyone there is always polite, friendly, and very helpful.

Bottom line. The visits are always concise and precise. No information is ever held back and all concerns are taken with actual care. She listens as much as she speaks. A very good trait indeed.
