Dr. Schepp saw me on an expedited basis for a critical problem I was experiencing, as a second opinion. She had my medical records, asked my history from the beginning, and explained my condition with possible causes. The time she spent with me made me confident of the treatment plan I am currently on.n She was very respectful of my current physician.

Dr. Schepp is an excellent listener and seemed genuinely concerned. She is the first physician who actually reviewed records and knew history without asking to look back in the records to find information on medical history.

It was a very pleasant and informative conversation about my hospital visit. Dr. Schepp was on top of my medical issues and very helpful in suggesting my future responsibilities concerning my health.

This Dr was so on it. She knew her field. She was smile offen, Who is very compassionate, she didn't act like she was rushed in anyway. My daughter came with me and she asked me if I liked her and I said I sure did. I asked my daughter which she thought of the doctor. My daughter said I liked her as well. I look forward to seeing her again in the near future for my next appointment after my CT scan.

When I come there everyone is very nice and helps as much as they can.

There was never any moment during my visit that could be considered inappropriate, unprofessional, demeaning, racist, sexist or unchristian. This Physician was absolutely the best I have ever encountered inthe last 60+ years living in Everett. Dr's demeanor was stellar and very compassionate. She believes in her work, talked to me and not at me. Explaining in layman's terms the subject at hand made me feel like finally a physician had this patients well being ang good health as her main priority at the moment. Explaining visually the MRI results in om a way I could comprehend the conversation without walking away shaking my head wondering what did she just say. The Dr's enthusiasm was immediately apparent when entering the room. She asked questions of myself like I asked her questions.Ot was a fantastic experience because not once did I feel rushed or hurried. In our approximate 1.5 hour visit I was presented with a physician whom I had immediately had respect for and was glad she was my physician.Dr's nurse that day was also in the category of being a great represe ntative of the the health profession and Providence Medical Center Everett. These two standout representatives of this facility are the exception to the past 60 years of treatments at this facility.

The doctor was fantastic and patient, waiting as my husband struggled for words. I was grateful to be there in here care.

Provider good service

This was a consultation requested by another provider prior to surgery. Dr. Schepp was wonderful. She took a lot of time to discuss my prior condition and the upcoming surgery. She had my medical records from a prior hospitalization at Harborview, and showed me scans I hadn't seen before, fully explaining them. It was a great consultation, and I really appreciate and thank the doctor and her staff.

I had one appointment with Dr. Schepp. She listened to my concerns and addressed them as required. There was a lot of backstory with the visit. And we will see when I finish out the tests she ordered for me if there is anything that can be done.

Dr Schepp helps me feel really cared for. She can pick up on my emotions and gives reassurance when needed. She's an angel
