My wait time was unusual as Dr Lupu was backed up, but I was kept informed by the Medical Assistant. Dr Lupu is always very respectful and thorough.

Providence Patient
This provider exhibited exceptional communication skills and an empathetic "bedside manner." I was very impressed by his diagnostic skills and the amount of time that he spent with me. Seemingly a great physician

Good experience - I appreciated Dr. Lupu because he took enough time to explain the MRI scan to me to make sure I understood it.Bad experience - The waiting time for an appointment with a neurologist was more then 6 month (new patient)?
