I learned more about my condition in my first visit than what I learned the last 5.5 years with another doctor. He doesn't just want to monitor symptom progression, he wants to diagnose specifically what is going and immediately start a treatment plan.

This is a neurological provider. Dr Jong is kind and soft spoken. This last appointment was the best communication ! He gave me very good information about path forward.

Dr. Jong knows exactly how to help me through this time in my life.

My recent experience with Dr Jong was very helpful. He answered my question clearly and with respect in a very difficult time.I did have a problem with scheduling with another Doctor's practice and found that I was nearing no longer being a patient because I had lost track of my followup appointments. I had also lost taking one of my required prescriptions. A followup with a PA (very good) reestablish my patient status and restored my prescription status. I will now make an appointment with my Regular Doctor. This was probably my fault

Prompt and informative.

I sometimes have trouble hearing what medical people are saying, since I use hearing aids. The doctor and his staff provided printed results sheets that were very easy to understand. This applied to the appointment process too.

Dr. Jong seems knowledgeable. He seems less empathetic than I would expect him to be in seeing patients with my diagnosis

Dr. Jong is a specialist and I would recommend him to anyone considering seeing someone if they are concerned about their cognitive abilities. My only concern is that the wait times for an appointment are very long since there is only one of him! He explained everything in a way I could comprehend and answered all my questions

It's good experience

The staff of Dr. Jong worked hard and fast the day before to get images from the CD uploaded to the system. Someone miraculously was able to get me an appointment within days of my request. It shocked the staff. Dr. Jong was so thorough. He asked excellent questions. Where all other doctors I've worked with say they have nothing more they can do. Dr. Jong said the MRI is normal but we still need answers as to your symptoms. I finally feel I'm in the right hands with someone who has the tools and skill to help me. I applaud and thank the entire neurological team for giving me hope.

I have dementia. It takes me some time to understand and answer questions. Dr. Jong sometimes was not patient enough to wait for me to respond.

He has my trust as we navigate the diagnosis, thank you!

This MD was meticulous. Much more focused on me than any other MD in recent history.

Excellent provider and service. Worth the wait. The time between taking tests and reviewing results was quite long, and the time from calling for an appointment to actually having the appointment was quite long.

Dr Jong was attentive and interested in what I was experiencing since I had last seen him.

Dr Jong is a provider for my father as he adjusts to some mild dementia. He is excellent at keeping notes and keeping multiple paths of treatment/testing going at the same time so we don't have to schedule a one-off appointment for everything. He listens to my Dad and is firm when he needs to be about results and recommended treatment, while still respecting that it's my Dad's choice of what to pursue. Dr Jong speaks with us for a long time while we are there, which we appreciate.

The provider was very knowledgeable and professional and gave us excellent information. He was not particularly friendly and warm - I guess I would have liked to have felt a little more compassion as my visit was for a new diagnosis that is degenerative and causing some anxiety
