Very good communication regarding the medical issue at hand. The breadth and depth of the history elicited regarding my medical concerns were very thorough without sacrifice of focus or efficiency.

My neurologist referred me to Dr. Wilkinson to have a procedure done. I was nervous about the pain but once Dr. Wilkinson came into the room and talked with me, he made me feel at ease. The procedure did not turn out to be as painful as I thought. I attribute this to Dr. Wilkinson and his experience in performing the procedure.

Appreciated his honesty

I have seen Dr Wilkinson several times over the past years for different ailments. Ranging from back pain, nerve issues with my left leg, neck problems that began to occur a few years after my neck surgery & my severe restless leg syndrome. He has always been very polite, professional, and relaxing to talk with. He always explains what he thinks will help a particular problem and why. I feel very comfortable in our visits.

He was excellent in every aspect of testing and just being a good human being. The only thing missing was that I still don't understand what the test was supposed to do, or what the results were. It would be great if there was more in MyChart regarding the result than that a test was done. Summaries from radiology for example are better than what I received here. Still want to say it though. Great bed side manner.

Dr. Wilkinson has a great sense of humor that put me at ease right away. I have had an EMG in the past, at a non-Providence location, and it was a horrible experience. I went into this EMG with post traumatic stress but I quickly realized that Dr. Wilkinson is a well educated doctor with a lot of experience and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Wilkinson!

Dr Wilkinson is an excellent physician. He listens, clarifies, explains, encourages and takes a complete and accurate medical history. He instills great confidence. He is very thorough. I always leave knowing I've received world class medical care.

Thorough

Dr Wilkinson is very thorough, asks a lot of questions and seems to care about the answers, and often asks follow up questions. He always explains the decisions he makes or ones he is thinking about making regarding treatments and medications as well as asking my opinion of what he says.

I feel I am extremely fortunate to have this healthcare provider, especially in dealing with my specific illness. He is always listened to me and provides excellent information and advice. He is very concerned with making sure that treating my illness is a mutual project and that I am comfortable with decisions made regarding my treatment. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Wilkinson is all that I could ask for and more. He very thoughtfully and thoroughly did the EMG test. He explained why he used the approach he did that was specifically suited to get the precise information he needed to know which options were ruled out and which he recommended to treat the condition I was troubled with. He answered a question without me even asking I had on my original new patient paper that was very valuable information to have from him , being a specialist In his field of neurology which I needed for having an expert's response. He shared his medical findings, facts and was advised me to talk with my PC on those things that the answer depended on certain variables. I felt genuine care from him In wanting to be the best doctor he could be In solving and getting me directed to a neurocognitive specialist there st an earlier appointment with If It was something I would be interested In, encouraging me to submit to the neurocognitive specialist at the earlier appointment. I thank his souch for truly caring and being very easy to talk to as If he valued what I had to tell him and ask him. Since communicating has been hard do for me, I so appreciated that I felt no judgment whatsoever. I , also am so pleased that he ordered more blood test do trying to find out what's,wrong.

Dr Wilkinson was very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. Support staff - MA & office staff were all professional, polite and helpful
