About Natalie Diaz
Dr. Natalie Diaz is a board certified neurologist and fellowship trained specialist in movement disorders. Her clinical practice focuses on the evaluation and management of patients with conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, atypical parkinsonism including dementia with lewy bodies, progressive supranuclear palsy, multiple system atrophy and corticobasal syndrome, tremor disorders, Huntington’s disease, dystonia, and ataxia. She also has specialized training in the evaluation and programming of deep brain stimulation as a treatment for Parkinson’s disease, essential tremor and dystonia and is trained in the use of botulinum toxin injections as treatment for focal dystonias, hemifacial spasm and limb spasticity.

However, Providence typically has one or maybe two physicians to choose in many fields, so scheduling an appointment can usually take up to 3 months to make which can be distressing. So far, only with my General Practitioner are there more than one physician, which is extremely helpful.
