Giselle spent a lot of time with me asking me questions and answering mine. When I got home, I realized that I was confused about something and send an email through my chart. She responded The next day with very helpful feedback and I was able to make a decision about medication thanks to her quick response. I really appreciate her time And thorough efforts.

She arranged for a return visit Inn 6 weeks in order to assess if the care plan was appropriate and achievable. She's got me motivated, that's for sure!
