Dr. Chen is very thorough, knowledgeable & caring physician. She listens to all my questions and addresses each of them separately.I have complete confidence in Dr. Chen and feel so blessed to have her as my Nephrologist.

Reaching someone by telephone to schedule new patient visit was a bit challenging. I had to contact the office three times before I could schedule. Once in the office, the staff was courteous. Doctor was respectful but could provide no insight into pain I have been experiencing. She was pleasant and offered some options. I did not leave with a feeling that my concerns were answered.

I liked Dr Chen very much. She was personable, efficient, totally understood my situation. She made an appt. For a call back to discuss my blood test results!
