The receptionists are doing are very efficient with time management and ease of appointment scheduling. When I go inside to see the doctors, the attendants / nurses that came out first for checks are warm and patient in getting the all the information and the answer my questions. Finally, the doctors always follow up and tell me what have changed from my previous visit or any progress I made. I will always know what is next from what they say and how to do better .Any questions I have or concerns are always explained till I understand very well.

I've already commented. The doctor is good but definitely not for me. She didn't explain what I asked. She asked me to read fill out paperwork while I was trying to talk to her about my concerns I'd like a different provider

I was in and out pretty quickly including lab work and I got all my medications refilled and also about 4 referrals. I feel fortunate to have Dr Asadi as my doctor. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. I am glad I am able to attend this institution. Everyone from the nurses, phlebotomist, security guards to the check-in staff are all very nice and friendly. Also, the nurses are very good at calling the next day with test results. The office in Hawthorne runs smooth and efficiently. My wait time is a few minutes only because I arrive early. Staff is always pleasant, starting with the security guard and the man in the front making sure I don't have Covid. Dr Sara Asadi listens to my health concerns and is proactive and supportive.
