Dr. Weng prides herself in being easy to work with, she appreciates being part of a team, and loves interacting with and observing people. Dr. Weng works with her patients to support them on their journey towards health.
She writes, "We are a team, and in order to reach our goals we must work together; it's all about teamwork! Each of us was born with the ability to heal ourselves. However, events occur along the way that we can't always control and our bodies and health often can be affected. As a practitioner, I want to inspire the healing power within my patients. I believe it is important to be a good observer, fully aware of the person in front of me and their individual story. I strive to see them for who they are and understand where they are coming from. This helps me have the insight to know how to provide the support they need. Last but not least, I practice inner integrity, recognizing where my limits are and referring out the patient to another provider for more appropriate care." Inner integrity and awareness are both vital and lead to the path of ongoing self-cultivation.
