About Jessica R. Kerstetter
Jessie was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She received her master's degree in nurse midwifery from Oregon Health and Science University. Jessie believes that menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth and menopause are normal life processes. Her goal is to empower women to take charge of their health at every phase of life. She also seeks to help women during pregnancy to reduce stress and instill healthy diet and exercise habits that can benefit them throughout life. Jessie enjoys biking to work, hiking, skiing and spending time with her husband and two school age children.
