Emily L. Seet, MD

Dr. Emily L. Seet is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine and Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and the Medical Director of the Cedars-Sinai Maternal Fetal Medicine Valley Clinic. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. Dr. Seet received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Chicago in 2002 and completed her medical degree at Rush Medical College in 2006. Dr. Seet went on to complete her internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at University of Chicago Hospitals, where she served as Chief Resident in 2010. In 2014, she finished her fellowship training in maternal-fetal medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Seet has been an educator for trainees in maternal-fetal medicine fellowship and obstetrics and gynecology residency from the University of California-Irvine programs. She has also served on quality improvement efforts as a member of the Mednax Continuous Quality Improvement group, and as a mentor for the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative (CMQCC) collaborative to Support Vaginal Delivery and Reduce Cesarean Section. Dr. Seet has given oral presentations and poster presentations at the Annual Meeting of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), and a member of the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She is committed to the care of pregnant patients and their fetuses who are at risk for, or have complications during pregnancy.
