Kris Moore, MD

Kris Moore, M.D., specializes in sports medicine, knee and shoulder reconstruction, and trauma and fracture management. He chose to be an orthopaedic surgeon because it allows him to combine his interest in human biomechanics with personal care. Dr. Moore believes in being a strong patient advocate by educating patients and leading them through the treatment of their ailments. "I will always listen and give the best and most honest advice for each interaction," he says.

Dr. Moore received his medical degree from Loma Linda University in California. He completed his internship and residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. He completed a fellowship at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. During his fellowship in sports medicine, Dr. Moore worked as a team physician for the Kansas City Chiefs of the National Football League. He enjoys watching and participating in a variety of sports.
