Dr Ball is most definitely a knowledgeable and professional cardiologist. He always explains things in a thorough and easy to understand manner.

Dr. Ball has always been extremely patient with me and articulates his recommendations in such a way that is very easy to understand. I feel that he takes his time to make sure I understand and feel comfortable with his diagnoses/recommendations. I never feel rushed either.

Dr. Ball has always been respectful of our concerns, questions. He takes the time to explain our questions, makes sure we understand, is very genuine and sincere, and is genuinely concerned about my general health. He is very approachable and also personable.

Good experience, for first visit

Dr. Ball was so thorough in gathering my medical history-both from my answers to questionnaires I filled out prior to this appt, my history with the Providence system AND the most recent tests I've had. He answered ALL my questions and effortlessly helped me deal with the stress I'm having about my recent diagnoses. He's VERY good at his job. I am impressed.

So good to see Dr Ball again. The staff I encountered were to a person: friendly while professional, helpful, informative, and appeared genuinely interested in me and my health.

Dr Ball is a very good doctor. He knew my health background before entering the room, clearly explained my ekg in terms I understood, and answered my questions. My only complaint has nothing to do with Dr Ball, but rather in the scheduling. I'm told that appts are made only 4 months out - so I have to remember to make an appt and try to figure out when to call in for the approximate timeframe that the doctor wants. My husband is also Dr Ball's patient and has been able to see him because of scheduling. The physician assistant he HAS seen has been excellent, but having had heart surgery already, he comes away a bit concerned that he hasn't been able to see his doctor.. Other than that concern, thank you for providing patients with such wonderful, caring and qualified people.

I have had only good experiences. The only problem is that sometimes it is hard to find a date to get a visit. This office tends to get booked fast.

Dr was very patient in listening to my complaints. Discussed possible non medical solutions and importance of physical activity. Helped prioritize my health issues to tackle one by one. Very good positive.

This provider always cares about my husband's and my overall health and quality of life, not just our heart issues. We travel from the Tri-Cities to have him as our Cardiologist because of his professionalism as well as concern for our well being and quality of life. He always takes time to make sure we are being as active as possible and enjoying our "old age." He's awesome!

Very caring professional

This was my first visit with Dr, Ball. It took some time, due to demand for your services, to get an appointment, but all went well once I got my appointment.

Dr. Ball puts you at ease and listens to your questions and explains the answers in language you can understand. My wife and I felt he genuinely cared about us.
