I was referred to Dr Hansen from my V.A. Cardiac doctor, as he will be performing my TAVR surgery. He has a wonderful, calming manner and patiently answered all my questions. This is a challenging experience for me, and I truly appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism.

Dr. Hansen, his Medical Assistant are very interested in my care. They are very polite and repectful of my thoughts. I feel like Dr. Hansen saved me by explaining my need to have the TAVR. I am very thankful to Dr. Hansen.

It was a very positive experience. We discussed follow-up medical care and a future appt for a procedure. The staff was very helpful in programming my appts. Into one day as we live in the Tri-Cities- 2 1/2 hour drive.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Providence Spokane Heart institute. I am from a small town more than an hour away from Spokane. I was worried that my experience with a very large hospital and the Doctors there would not good. I'm happy to say that l was wrong about that. My experience at the Heart institute was great, from the Doctors to the Nurses and the support and office personal. I had the best experience even during a strike! I would definately use Providence Spokane Heart Institute again.

I was treated with courtesy and given the explanations I need at this point. When I lost my way the doctor's assistant guided me to the right entrance and explained the building layout, which was very helpful.

Dr. Hansen was pleased to welcome me, as a new patient, into his care, and showed an interested in my particular case history, advising me on a particular procedure as opposed to drug regimen,which had become a worrisome Issue for me, putting my mind at ease. I am so terribly gratetful for the exceptional medical care I have received over the years, which will now Include Dr. Hansen.

He is the ONLY Doct0r that has asked me to take at least the baby aspirin because he knew how I hate takeing any pharmecy drugs. He asked me to PLEASE at least take the baby aspirin. He is a true honest and careing DR
