About Arash Vahdat
Arash Vahdat, MD, is board certified in interventional cardiology, cardiology and internal medicine. He received his undergraduate degree from UCLA followed by his medical degree from State University of New York - Health Science Center at Brooklyn. Dr. Vahdat completed internal medicine residency training at the University of California, Irvine. His cardiology fellowship and pacemaker/ICD training was also completed at the University of California, Irvine. In addition, Dr. Vahdat completed a formal year of interventional cardiology and peripheral vascular intervention at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles. Dr. Vahdat's clinical area of expertise includes percutaneous coronary intervention, an invasive cardiologic therapeutic procedure used to treat the narrowed coronary arteries of the heart. Each patient benefits from Dr. Vahdat's hands-on experience and state-of-the-art techniques. He is committed to providing the highest quality of cardiovascular care with the latest and most advanced cardiac treatments available. He is fluent in English and Farsi, and proficient in Spanish. Dr. Vahdat is a member of the Providence Holy Cross and Providence Tarzana Medical Staffs providing care in cardiology and interventional cardiology.
