Since it had been a year since my last EKG I was surprised that none was offered. My appointment was scheduled with a DOCTOtor, only an NP listen to my heart not doctor. The doctor did appear and gave some verbal comments about heart monitor I wore through [ID] Clinic, [Location] Mn. The usual was said. Exercise, watch my weight, and of course eat healthy. We scheduled. A Follow-Up visit for next year. I would like to believe that next year's visit would be a lot more comprehensive. This visit was akin to having phone call or virtual visit. Yet I am sure my insurance company gets billed for an office visit. Go figure???

Dr Chan is wonderful and truly cares about my health and my heart. Shows much care and concern.

Dr. Chan is not only a great Dr. But a great man, he cares, he listens, he provided hope even when it is difficult to do so, I trust him with my health and life decisions regarding and have and will. I know he gave his best and is still trying to find a solution for my complex issues to extend my life and for that I am grateful, with Dr. Chan and God on my side I think I have a chance to live a normal life.

I would have liked to have had more time with the doctor. During the visit, I got a brief summary of results of recent tests I had, a short statement as to the problem the results might Indicate, and a choice of two alternatives for further testing (with a description of the tests and pros and cons of each). I would also have liked to have heard about how serious the problem might be, and what treatment might be Indicated; as It stands, I don't really understand either of those.

I had good experiences with the staff, the nurse practiced and the physician.

I am fortunate to have Dr. Chan and his team supporting my health.
