Dr.ortiz has been my provider for 17 years . I have always been extremely happy with his care .

Dr. Ortiz always explains what we discuss and answers my questions in a thorough and understandable manner. He shares any updated Information he has gleaned regarding my medical needs. Unlike other physicians I have seen In the past 15-20 years, Dr. Ortiz has an understanding of the medical needs of older patients, like myself.

Explained things to me and what was possible and when needed referred me to a surgeon. Also after my recent surgery discussed what I could expect during recovery (that is more than what the surgeon did) This man is only the second physician I put my faith in completely. Great individual and knows his stuff.

I developed an unexpected medical condition the day before my appointment. The next day the condition became worse and I wanted to see my PCP. My doctor and his staff was able to accomadate me with a timely appointment. It put my mind at ease and he was able to prescribe a blood test and additional medication.

Dr. Ortiz is always responsive to my needs and always develops a strategy to resolve the issue(s). Always a pleasure to see him.

Dr. Ortiz is a great doctor. He's a great listener and then explains in detail his finding, and how he will treat the issue. If tests are needed,, he'll make the necessary test(s), labs, or referral depending upon what is needed. He doesn't let issues go through the cracks. I have always been very impressed with his abilities to treat and diagnose issues.

My provider has always been respectful and clearly communicated the results of exams and test results. He is a great practitioner.
