Dr Illoa paid attention to the details of my healthcare and answered my questions fully. She also explained to me what further details concerning my healthcare she needed from me as this was my first appointment with her. She was very thorough.

I love this provider, it's just extremely hard to get an appointment with her. The only reason I was able to get it for the day/time I needed was because I made it a year in advance.

I always receive great care from my doctors, but getting an appointment for a health concern in a timely manner can be a challenge due to limited availability and doctors.

My provider and her auxiliary staff listened closely during the visit. I am ver comfortable with Dr Ulloa-Michael's. She is kind, empathetic and smart a great combination no matter what is of concern to me. I never feel rushed in an appt. Or foolish for anything I bring to our conversation. I rely on Dr. Ulloa to know what to do or not do regarding my health. She does; and she is patient with any resistance I may have with tests, treatment, medication, allowing for my anxious first response and my history. As a geriatric patient I appreciate her care.

Julie and her staff have been my family's primary care physician and clinic for quite a long time. They are so good at making people feel welcome and listening that we have also recommended several of our friends switch to her. This is a double edged sword as it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment quickly for issues like colds and new health concerns that are more urgent. I've had too many poor experiences with quick/urgent care facilities in the Providence system and will no longer go to them for my care.

She's a great Dr. Can talk with her about anything!!

I have seen Dr Ulloa-Michaelis since she started practicing in Spokane. She's an outstanding physician and I hope she's my doc for many more years. Even when my insurance company tells me she's not in network I pay to upgrade my coverage when it's an option - oddly she's in network again with the upgrade. When she's not I pay out of pocket to see her rather than change my provider.

Good communicator, practical and down to earth. Easy to talk to. Decisive and follows up. Very much a pleasure to have as a provider!
