I was scheduled to see my regular provider but he was behind schedule. Jolene was nice but I felt rushed. Even when she has to be flexible she should be mindful the I am still human and feel like I left with questions. But I felt rushed.

My provider was very friendly and took all the time that was needed to discuss my issues with me. Also, regarding this office, they have been fantastic on responding to my chart messages. Better than any other doctor that I see. Kudos!

I'm very happy with my care, wish I could see Joline all the time, she takes time to listen to me,and talk to me about my problems, worry more about your problems then to hurry you along

This appointment was an unplanned visit for serious shoulder pain. I had never seen Dr. Woodley before. I found her to be pleasant and concerned about my situation. She ordered an xray for me and the results were sent to "My Chart." My question currently is now what. Otherwise I appreciated being seen as quickly as I was.

I got the appointment I needed quickly. The appointment wasn't with my provider which is OK with me. My provider did follow up with notes in MyChart. Other than this is maybe the fourth questionnaire I have taken in regards to this appointment, Overall great experience.

This was the first time I was seen by this provider. It was a satisfactory visit.

I had a very good appointment. All my problems were addressed.

She explained the new medication to me and any side affects if any to look for.

This was my 1st visit with Jolene as it was a follow up from being discharged from the hospital and my regular provider was not in. I LOVED the care I received from Jolene. She listened, gave great medical advice, took the time I felt was needed for this type of situation. I've not felt so comfortable with a doctor in quite a long time. I would like Jolene to be my provider from now on. She has great information and took the time to make me feel like a patient and not a number!

She listened, was compassionate about the pain, have me and exercise to use and what to take for pain, seems to be working!!

Because my symptoms could have been heart attack, a doctor was called in to talk to me at the appointment window. No prior appointment, but when I went in, I was cared for in the best way. The one that signed me in saw the urgency in my voice, got help for me quickly. So appreciative of the care I received, professional, empathetic, thorough from everyone I came in contact with.

The PA has examined me twice in the past few months and I have been very pleased with her listening to me and offering suggestions and ideas that worked for me. It's nice to have a PA for those times that I am in between yearly wellness exams.

Jolene is wonderfully knowledgeable, she is insightful, and she is a fantastic listener. I felt that my health was in great care when I saw her.

JWoodley is outstanding and I will always ask to see her if I have any medical issues. She listened to me and was able to answer a number of questions since I had a recent heart attach. I asked her to be my primary care contact. I can not express enough about how comfortable I feel talking with her - she listens!

This time I had an unexpected issue. The receptionist was able to get me in the same day. So much appreciated. And PA Joleen was super! Very proactive and sent me over to have X-rays immediately following my appointment with her. She also sent referral to ENT for additional follow up!Thank you!
