The doctor was very nice and she explained everything to me during my appointment using language I can understand. After the appointment, I liked that I could see my results and summary on the MyChart app, but (even though I could see that my numbers were in normal range and the provider said nothing was abnormal) I couldn't tell what the scores were about without doing my own research. Have you considered using something like Scanslated to make the results easier for patients to understand?

All positive and helpful in planning ahead for dealing with issues.

My meeting with Dr. Greaney was to update her on my current medical condition, including a recent surgery, the oversight two doctors still provide for specific issues and the approximate timing of those issues being resolved. Once that happens there are other conditions she and I will deal with. I was very lucky that she had a space on her calendar for our meeting, which was most helpful.

Had to wait way too long for my appointment. That's the downside. Everything else was great. Thank you.

Dr Greany is an excellent physician. She's extremely knowledgeable, is ready with the patient's medical history during the appointment, asks about concerns, clearly explains a range of treatments, listens well and asks questions, is caring and understanding and takes time so you never feel rushed. Feel like I am listened to and my concerns are taken seriously. Very easy to make appointments, haven't waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment. Would recommend to friends and family.

The front desk was so patient with my insurance! And I really liked Dr. Greavey. She was very easy to talk to and I never felt rushed. The one downside is that the nurse who checked me in was a little cold and distant. But I understand that she was probably very busy.

My provider was great, she is very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding. It was probably the easiest doctors visit I've ever had. She followed up with me within the same day after my blood test results came in so I appreciate her!

The appt was to establish primary care. I felt as though my health concerns were addressed adequately. Not a bad thing to say about provider or the clinic.

This visit was a new patient visit. One time experience will not give me enough information to assess about the healthcare provider or other healthcare workers whom I met. However, I was satisfied with the visit. I got my prescriptions, referral to Nephrologist, and instructions to some exercises for IT and hamstring pain. I liked that the doctor recorded our conversation to use it to generate visit summary. The doctor seems to be less experienced, but very intelligent and quick study. So, I am fine with that.
