Difficult to get appointments but Dr Chow is worth the wait. I am grateful to have her as my doctor.

I have always felt fortunate to have Dr. Chow as my PCP; she has always listened to my concerns carefully and responds candidly and respectfully.

Dr Chow has a nice style that puts you at ease. She is always prepared and up to date with your mychart info.

I'm not bothered that I do not get a follow-up call on my test results because the info is quickly available in MyChart and has not needed further explanation. I believe that if something was concerning, I would receive a personal call.

Provider is thoughtful, thorough and takes time to discuss all questions and concerns. The clinic is understaffed with physicians. Regular, annual exams take almost a year out to get scheduled. Fortunately, communications by way of MyChart are efficient and response time from provider/MA very good.

Dr Linda Chow is very knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns and makes great suggestions to improve my health.

Dr. Chow has been my PCP for about 9 years. As with all visits with her, I felt that she was on top of this current problem. She always looks at my whole health situation as she recommends the appropriate path forward. Her attention to detail Is very reassuring for me.

It's took 9 months to get a wellness check up! I ask to draw my blood before my appointment then we can discuss results when my Appointment is. Once I had my appointment made everything was smooth at the appointment and had everything answered. Very happy with my provider and visit.

Dr Chow is great and think she is very capable and reasonable. Scheduling is ridiculous when you have to wait 11 months to more than a year for a checkup/routine exam. Seems like Swedish executive team does not have my health care as a priority.

I called to schedule my yearly physical three months before it was due only to find out that I couldn't get in for another six months. This was disappointing. There should be some proactive approach from the office to schedule routine physicals within the year. Dr. Chow is an absolute professional. She's kind empathetic smart, and I drive all the way from Redmond to see her because she's that good.

There is over a year wait for a wellness visit. Other than this, everything else is great.
