Dr King is excellent at practicing shared decision making with her patients. She always reviews all the options with me, and because she has been my PCP for a few years now, she understands my values and preferences. She takes those into account whenever we meet, but still shares the whole range of options. I appreciate her non-stigmatizing approach to weight and BMI- it is one of the reasons I recommend her to my community.

I really appreciate Dr. Leslie King and the care she gives. She always seems to be up to date on my medical history, concerns, and overall health goals-not just whatever issue I might be having at the moment. She focuses on wellness and the big picture, which I really value.Even though I know she's got a packed schedule, she never makes me feel rushed. She takes the time to listen and creates a space where I feel comfortable being open, which I think has helped her provide even better care over time. It's clear she knows her stuff, and when she has referred me to specialists, it's obvious she's thought it through and isn't just passing me along.Honestly, I'd follow Dr. King anywhere she went-she's that good. Pacific Medical Center and Providence are really lucky to have her. Because of her, I always speak highly of the clinic, Dr. King, and the whole care team whenever I have the chance.

I was impressed because clearly Dr King had reviewed my chart before she came into the room. She asked me lots of pertinent Questions about my medical problems and was totally on top of my health care. Asked me several times if I had more questions. Very thorough. Great visit. Her MA was very nice, offered to irrigate my ears so I wouldn't have to have another visit. Good team.

Dr. King is very considerate, honest very transparent and thorough. Dr. King will order Test that she feels necessary for you, discussing in detail your overall health and recommend the best options. It is very important these days for a doctor to sit down and give you eye contact and really listen to what your needs and concerns are. Some doctors rush you in and rush you out and could potentially misdiagnosed you ,possibly giving-you a medication that is not needed. My overall healthcare is supported by Dr. King and I appreciate her and her knowledge.

Dr King was really great at helping me come to a decision about a complex medication change. She listed the risks and benefits of changing the meds in a clear and cogent explanation, and strategies for dealing with possible problems.

I did have to wait an hour in the Zoom wait room for Dr. King, but it was worth it in the end. She was genuinely interested in improving my health, and she wanted to make sure I understood my health plan that we created together.
