She is always very helpful and friendly during all of my visits with her and very attentive to my concerns.

Dr Upall is detailed, asked good questions re: health and mental health. I appreciate her thorough approach. She has also given me the names of other MDs for other issues like mammograms, PT for my knee and a referral for osteoporosis treatment, and bone mass density.

Doctor Uppal is very nice and pleasant to work with. She carefully reads the test reports and recommends next steps. She has a straightforward style and seems very knowledgeable. One area I would appreciate would be more questions from her about things I have worked on regarding my health history. For example, recent physical therapy, exercise and managing weight. This is just a small thing, but I have not seen Dr. Uppal for very long and I would like a little more conversation about how I'm doing not just my blood test results. Perhaps, in time this will happen. I had the same primary doctor for 25 years, prior to Dr. Uppal so it is a bit of an adjustment to have to see someone new. My other primary care doctor retired. Thanks very much.

Maybe a bit more personal care attitude might help the patient relate to the doctor. Sha was a bit "cool" rather than warm.
