EXCELLENT SERVICE

Dr Bowen was attentive and understood my medical history. This visit was because I wanted to keep all my medical team with Swedish, as I had an Evergreen provider previously but all specialist were with Swedish. So this was my initial visit to begin this process of consolidating into Swedish. Clearly I prefer Swedish but I give an 8 because I'm just starting up with Dr Bowen.

This was my first time seeing Dr. He. It's difficult to make a personal relationship when someone is wearing a mask (can't see face), but Dr. He answered my questions and seemed satisfactory.

Dr. He is polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and most importantly empathetic. He poses a wonderful role model as a physician and I trust I am in good care with him more than other physicians or providers previously seen.

Very knowledgeable doctor

Dr. He is a very good doctor. He is very attentive and shows concern about my multiple complex medical care. He seems to need more help with the prior authorization team as its taken sometime to get my refferals approved. This is due to them deciding not to work on them. Other than that I am very impressed with the way my health is starting to improve. I have a long way but I am starting to get there.

Dr He sees my husband and I was impressed with the care he gave him so I had my wellness check with Dr He and will also go to him. He listens very well to what you say and one of the things I appreciate about him right away is he is not patronizing to a woman. And especially a senior citizen. This has not always been my experience He is obviously very knowledgeable as well as courteous and kind. An unusual but great set of qualities

The best I had so far very good with my records and my health

My current PCP is not as experienced as my previous PCPs but he does seem quite knowledgeable. I think he initially addressed one condition (ankle pain) but not a second condition (hip pain) when I first met with hm in September. It has taken longer to resolve the ankle pain than I think it should have taken. We are now addressing the hip pain issue with a good referral. He does seem to correctly address treatment for high blood pressure and my overall health.

Excellent in all respects - as a retired airline Captain I was required 3 exams/year - this best ever!
