10-15 minute visits are not enough time to get to know a patient. Providing excellent care requires time. The use of computers during visits distracts from eye contact making heath care visits more impersonal. You can sense physicians are pressed for time in order to get to the next patient. The physicians can be excellent, but forced to provide care under guidelines that prevent them from taking more time which would benefit both the physician and patient.

Everyone I met during this appointment was great! Dr. Bulley's nurse was kind, considerate, and created a calm environment. I was anxious when I arrived because I was late because of traffic. Once in doctor Bulley's office, I felt calm and collected. Such a relief. Likewise, Dr. Bulley presents with the same type of ease. She is thorough! To say the least. Survey is not necessarily appropriate for establishing new pt. I'm grateful I am now on Dr Bully's panel. It took wks of calling every morning till a new pt appt came available and another couple (+) months to see her. From the experiences I have had in had trying to establish with an experienced, caring female provider has been challenging at the very least..they have left practice, moved to another state, retired, went on to be hospitalist - 8 PCP over the past 3 yrs.. 1 visit with Dr Bully and already feel that every call and the wait time was so well worth it. I was a nurse for 38 yrs and know a good Dr when we talk.. Im grateful that providence has her and that she is now my pcp.

When very smoothly

Dr Bulley is extremely helpful and considerate in every way I want a provider to be. She is compassionate and desirous of understanding my hopes and desires regarding my care. She follows up quickly and is proactive with a desire to exceed my requirements. I am very impressed with her total care and feel very safe that she will "be there" for me.

My only concern is how hard it is to get an appointment. Long waits - 3-4 months for Non-urgent medical problems. , Though I am sure I could get in sooner if I had More worrisome symptoms. Also, they tell you to schedule online and then there are no appointments available so they really ought to just tell you to call! But the care provider herself is so knowledgeable, so smart and so caring.

I was very impressed with Dr Bulley. First visit with her as my primary care physician. She ordered blood test that were easy to get in same building and virtually no wait time. The problem with your system, and most others these days, is the difficulty in getting an appointment when I need one. There will be a month wait time to see her if I call for an appointment. Urgent care is the only other option and it is not a very good one.
