I really hesitated to transfer to new provider, but I really like Dr Shukla and I like the providence facilities. Always been respected as a patient with Doctor, lab, check in, urgent care, and pharmacy.

This was my first meeting with this provider and she greatly imprest me. I was given to understand that she was there for a short period of time and I was sorry to hear it. I liked her very much.

This provider gace ezcellent care and concern for my conditions. The person who arranged the appointment gave OUTSTANDING customer service.

Dr. Shukla was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and actually HEARD me. That's not common anymore. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Her bedside name is excellent, but most importantly, she showed genuine compassion and concern for my care. I will be very sad to see her go in March.

Quality Information about my health and well being. If she didn't tell me my gallbladder need removed asap. I could possibly be deadno joke. After emergency surgery , I was told there was gangrene in or around my Gallbladder. When it was removed in emergency surgery. God Bless her . She is great at communicating and educating me about health caresituationsI believe she is very educated in healthcare. And cares for her patients

Very informative and very good at answering all my questions

Dr. Shukla was booked out a couple of months when I first scheduled an appointment but I can completely understand why after my first visit. Simply put she is by far the best primary care provider I've ever had. She communicates exceptionally well, was fully prepared for my appointment, asks relevant questions, listens and provides sound medical advice. The other front office, support staff and lab techs were all very professional and proficient as well.Please keep up the high level of care and continue to hire and retain quality staff.

I really like my new doctor

My provider was very helpful. I wish I could have seen my provider over the video conference though. I could hear her but never saw her.

This was my first visit with this new Doctor. She did very well collecting data and asking questions. Her after-visit notes in MyChart were very detailed, specific.

Since she is my new doctor she went over my records very carefully and wanted to know everything about me which I thought was amazing. She was so thorough and seem to be very caring wanted me to understand some things about some of the medications I think that this is going to be a long standing relationship I haven't had a doctor like this in many many years that was this thorough and caring
