Great! Keeps good eye contact, is quick and efficient but listens intently to concerns. Always makes sure we are on the same page but also that I am comfortable with whatever plan is set for care. Very friendly easy to talk to and communicate with. Checks in about medication and makes sure it's working, if not she prescribed another one and always talks the details of the meds through with me. Always a good, reassuring, comfortable visit.

Melissa Stanley is inarguably one of the top two primary care providers I have had in my entire medical experience. The older I get with an Increase In health Issues make me realize what a difference a primary care provider makes In health care. She is fully informed about all aspects of my health care needs and follows up on current status. She confirms all information since last visit with me. Melissa directs all updates on tests etc and follows up with you immediately. In a nut shell she's very bright, asks pertinent questions, listens well, explains well and best of all cares about you. She really does have a goal of improving and maintaining good health as much as possible. You can't help but like her, Her staff reflects the kind of care she aims for and the person she is and in that regard she is the top primary care I've ever had. I mean ever! I'm so grateful for the confidence having Melissa Stanley in my corner health wise.

My visit to this provider is always great every time

Melissa Stanley has always cared im such a positive way with us. I say US because my daughters are either with me or on line. After tests in the lab she telephoned my daughter explaining what she found but also notified another Dr. Encouraging contact with him and an appointment has been made. Melissa is someone I definitely trust.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Stampley and the amount of time she spent educating me and looking up information and making the necessary referrals and writing prescriptions and ordering blood tests was phenomenal. I am highly satisfied with her service.

When I called I thought I was calling the walk-in clinic as I was wanting an estimated wait time at the clinic. The woman who answered my call was amazing - first explained that she was with scheduling and they did not have access to wait times at the clinic. However, she asked me if she could review the North Everett clinic schedule for availability. She saw that there was a cancellation and asked if I could make the time. I did and because of this woman's willingness to go the extra step, I was seen promptly and it saved me traveling a longer distance. Very impressive. First time I saw this provider and was very impressed with the visit.
