Dr Yao is a excellent physician and has a very nice staff.

Dr Parish is my normal Doctor. But it can be hard to get a appointment with her as she is booked but I find that when I see other Doctors there they are also good.I had a good experience with Dr lili.

Dr. Yao is the best GP I've had in my 70 years. She is fully present, attentive, listens to my questions and thoughts, and always takes them into consideration when providing care. Outstanding! Her care team is equally so.

I wish we had been more proactive in the past 3 years as I was moving through the prediabetic phase to the diagnosis of Type II diabetes this year. I know I have the primary responsibility to keep myself healthy but it felt like we let it move to diabetes without a lot of intervention or serious discussion. More my fault but more knowledge about the disease and prevention might have made me move earlier to prevent the outcome.I got lots of useful information and education form the diabetes nurses and nutritionist at Swedish. Medically I am overall pleased with the care and treatment Dr. Yao is providing for my diabetes.

Dr. Yao is professional, competent, kind and patient. She was able to identify major concerns on my Lumbar MRI and make appropriate referrals which resulted in prompt definitive treatment and my full recovery. She cares deeply and takes time to discuss treatment plan in clear and thoughtful fashion to achieve most optimal healthcare outcome. I feel fortunate to be under her care.

She is very helpful. Even if I go with my wife too when she is seeing her, Dr. Yao she will help me if I have simple question.

Dr. Yao is excellent in answering my medical questions and provide a medical care to me. The only thing is that she is busy I usually only get to see her once a year for physical check-up. When there is an urgent health issue I usually have to go to urgent care which takes care of my immediate health needs and I am okay with it.
