I couldn't have chosen a better doctor for my Primary Care Doctor! She was so attentive and easy to talk to, and really listened to all my thoughts and concerns. This was my first appointment as my previous doctor retired.

It has always been very good.

Dr Soon has been my PMC for a short amount of time now and we're still getting to know each other. I have chronic illnesses that have been dealing with for a long time and my body is very complex and Dr. Soon is getting better acquainted with all of the things that are causing my conditions and helping me with them. She is also helping to point me to the right specialist who can provide me with the best treatment for the issues causing me the most severe problems. She has been very helpful and supportive of my problem with the situation. So I would say that she is a very good Doctor and I like her so far. I'm am very wary of Doctors who are new to me and it takes time for me to trust and respect them and she is earning my trust and doing good with my treatment and medications. I don't have any complaints with her at all. Like I said, we are earning each other's trust and respect.

Dr Soon has been nothing but excellent and thorough. I have no complaints about her at all. I do have some reservations regarding the team that I must interact with before seeing Dr Soon, though. Interactions with the rest of the staff (all females) have been mixed and uncomfortable at times. I understand that people can have bad days, but a certain level of courteousness, discretion, and professionalism is expected and exceptions should not be a pattern. I always hesitate to bring it up because I know it isn't an easy issue to notice or rectify. But, it does contribute to the overall experience of seeing this provider, who herself, is excellent.

I wrote into docs about issue, and even they could not schedule appt with my usual doc, they suggested that her back up could see meWithin the next few weeks. I scheduled with that doc, and got in within a reasonable time.

Dr. Soon was extremely patient and understanding of my condition and showed compassion with my disability and my concerns. She was also extremely responsive to my concerns regarding the fact that I had been shuffled around in the past with many different Doctors and that the situation caused me some serious distress and issues with medication which caused me to have difficulty with interactions that were not very pleasant. She also expressed that she would try to be available to see me if an emergency was possible if not then her nurse practitioner would see me and I was happy with this outcome. She was also able to connect with me on the basis that she has other patients who have complicated medical conditions and she has experience in dealing with a complex body. Which I have. She also stated she was willing to work with my other doctors on my care team. This is the type of doctor that I need on my side of care that will be there when I need her and fight for me in my care.

Dr Soon was extremely helpful in founding out about my current problem and referring me to a specialist.Relieving my stress about my current medical problem was extremely helpful.

Dr Soon was wonderful. This was my first visit with her as my primary care provider, but ALSO we had to talk about my 1 month old back injury, which I'm seeing a neurologist for. So this was both a routine AND a non- routine visit.

I'll clarify two answers. This was an annual wellness visit. Blood work was ordered at the time of the visit. Results are not in yet to be followed up upon. My prescription has not been followed up upon because the has been no need to. It is taken as needed, and was written outside of the three month period. I travel 80 miles to continue to keep Dr. Soon as my PCP. That illustrates my endorsement.This visit was exactly as I would have expected, beyond satisfactory.
