I've been seeing Dr Unnisa for years and it blows me away every time I come for a visit she remembers everything I've ever told her about myself, even passing minor comments. She always treats me with respect and is always kind and compassionate. She never dismisses any of my concerns, I feel like she's my partner in my healthcare not just another provider. I trust her to always have my best interest in mind and she has proven many numerous times over the years that she prioritizes my wellbeing and cares about my issues and outcomes.

Dr. Unissa is the BEST. I drive from Seattle to have her take care of me. She is thorough and gets back immediately to me.

I refer all of my friends that live in the North Seattle area to go to Dr. Unissa. She is very professionals! Give you hard facts, but that is only because she cares about her patients! We need more physician who are kind, non bias, relatable and treats all patients equally regardless of their background.

Dr Unnisa has been my provider for years and I'm always amazed by her ability to remember even minor inconsequential details I've shared in addition to my full medical history. She always comes prepared and treats me with respect and most importantly kindness. She always takes time to talk through my questions and concerns and she seems invested in my health and wellbeing. Having Dr Unnisa as my primary provider feels exactly like having a long term family doctor who sees and knows you as an individual, I never feel like a stranger or a statistic when I meet with Dr Unnisa. Even when I moved 45 minutes away I still travel just to keep Dr Unnisa as my provider because I've never had another Dr who is as informed, competent, and compassionate as Dr Unnisa. She is quite simply the best Dr I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my entire 45 years on this planet. I recommend her to everyone I meet and have several friends and family members who now have her as their primary provider as well.

Dr Unnisa was very professional, caring and was very clear in her prognosis. She ordered cray and blood work up. That same day She call d to give me personally the results from my lab work. She ten explained what to do about the fluid in my lung and made a referral to see a pulmonary Dr. I find her very personable and easy to talk to her. I highly recommend her.

Making appointment and check-in people not that great to deal with. Love the doctor. She is very helpful and listens better than any doctor I have seen. Would recommend her but pac med not always easy to deal with.

Always appears to be happy to see me. Asks questions to ensure she understands my needs and desires.

Good care and response

I've been feeling breast pain lately (my mother died from breast cancer in her late 40's) and was able to schedule an appt right away on MyChart. Dr. Unnisa's nurse called me immediately letting me know I could see a physician right away instead of waiting for a few more days. I really appreciate Dr. Unnisa and her staff for taking my health very seriously. At that moment I've already rated PacMed 10 out 10 for having such a phenomenal care team! I'm very relieved after Dr. Unnisa's visit and am ready to see my specialists for further treatment. I've been a patient of PacMed for the last 17 years and feel very fortunate to have such extraordinary health care team! THANK YOU!

I appreciated that masks were once again required, and I strongly believe that should be the requirement moving forward no matter what. I felt much safer and more comfortable being in the office and interacting with the medical team.
