Dr Nathan is an excellent doctor. Though I may have to wait a little for my appointment. I always know I will have all the time I need with her when I do get into her. I appreciate her thoroughness her personal care and her knowledge. She is the best.

I always feel like Dr Nathan LISTENS to me, has a clear understanding of my medical history and has my well being as priority one. She has been my primary for over 20 years, was my late mothers primary, and I've shared family details with her ie grandkids and great grands. Her staff is polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Dr Nathan is awesome!

Dr. Nathan has helped me to get my blood pressure under control. She has also helped me to get assistance with sore joints, some needed physical therapy, among many other things. She has been my doctor for over 20 years, and she and her staff have helped me maintain my health.

I have waited over an hour the last theee appointments I had with this provider. Dr. Nathan is an excellent PCP but 60-90 minutes wait time is unacceptable.

Dr Nathan is wonderful. She always listen to my issues. She helps me understand what I have to do to make my health better. She's called me at home after surgery or a health issue. I have recommended her to five friends. They all love her.

My Care Provider Is a very bright Woman who has taken care of me for the past twenty-some years and I have never had anything but good experiences with her.She always contacts me to remind me that it is time for my 6 month check ups and other times if she thinks it necessary.I would never find a better Doctor who would have taken any care of me.

Dr Nathan took time with me and never seemed to rush me

I felt very comfortable with my care provider in discussing my health issues and any treatment necessary or any suggestions she could offer to prevent problems. Dr. Nathan reviewed and explained the necessary suggestions for carry through and also added all this information to my After Visit Summary. She also recommended use of equipment for safety issues in walking gave me a flu shot with written instructions for boosters. She ordered x-hip x-ray due to my concerns of pain and discomfort.

She doesn't represent what is the unfortunate norm now, staff and doctors who are ultimate corporate robots who dont express any real knowledge or connection. They are glued to their laptop and behave coldly and disinterested. Providence is so very fortunate to have Dr Nathan in its group.

As I alway say, Dr. Nathan is the BEST! I appreciate her professional and personal style.

I can truthfully say that all my experiences with all Providence Health Care Providers have been excellent. The only negative I have seen over the last several years is the organization being more for profit driven rather than non-profit, patient first focus.

She spent almost an hour with me which I think is very unusual. I felt as though she was very invested in my concerns and comments.

Everyone in the office was very friendly and courteous. The doctor made me feel very comfortable in discussing my health.

On the MyChart app, I would write to my primary, Dr. Nathan. I kept seeing responses from different staff people usually Indicating I was out of luck. If you check MyChart correspondence, you will see the many letters I sent advising of the last 7 months of advancing pain and various ways I was told to fix It. This last meeting with Dr. Nathan was pivotal, and that she felt it was PMR, something I had thought it was, but the rheumatologist told me no it was frozen shoulder. Yet I had two shoulders full of pain that advanced into my neck and down my legs and into my arms and hands. Am now on my second day of prednisone and feeling much more human.

My Provider has been my family provider for years

Very relatable and agree with her plan regarding my health problem.

Healthcare has changed in so many ways in the last 10 years. I no longer can get in to see my primary care doctor. However, the physicians assistants are well qualified to take care of me fortunately. Dr. Nathan has been my doctor for over 25 years. I've always been able to see her right away in the past. Things have changed, unfortunately.

My doctor spent time reviewing medications, particularly for B/P since it was slightly elevated. Changed doses of one Rx for B/P. I have only positive things to say about my care at Scholls Clinic and care of my PCP. She has been my PCp for more than 20 years.
