I just met Dr Nagappan for the first time via video visit. She seemed to not be in a hurry and went over my chart and addressed any concerns. My only concern and is not directed at Dr Nagappan, is the time it took to schedule an appointment. I recently switched providers from Legacy to Providence and did not have any issues scheduling appointment times previously. Now that we have established our relationship, we can make appointments online.

Dr. Poombavai Nagappan is Exceptional. Always knows my medical history and knows my future appointments with other Specialists. Exceptional in diagnosis of most likely cause of current problem. Years ago saved my life in stressing to me to get a PSA test. She always been consistent in her treatments throughout the years. Warm, caring, Great listener and knows her stuff. It seems she would make a Great Role model for other doctors.

I'm a newer patient to Dr. Naggapan. I have had 2 virtual appointments and this was my first in person visit. The reception workers were friendly and efficient. The woman assisting Dr. Naggapan did not introduce herself to me when she called me back from the waiting area, but, seemed pleasant enough. I never got her name. I was the last patient of the day. Dr. Naggapan seemed friendly enough. Got to the appointment and ran through everything during the physical efficiently.

I've always had great experiences at this facility.

My oncologist recently forwarded some elevated liver blood test results to Dr Nagappan so she could address the issue. She quickly contacted me (via my chart, I think), and we scheduled a virtual appt soon after. I really appreciate her tackling this issue in such a timely manner.

This was my first visit with this Dr. I think we are going to work together on my health well. I couldn't answer all the questions as this was our first visit

The Receptionist was listening to a podcast and knitting and didn't seem that Interested In helping me even though I walked up right to her Instead of the other receptionist who are for the urgent care. Dr. Nagappan is great and caring. Thank you for all your care Dr. Nagappan!

Dr. NAGAPPAN is helping me get on track. Her and medical team are a great proficient caring team to work with a team that all seem to really care.
