Assistant Vanessa, was knowledgeable and helpful in nailing down my next step with esophagus blockage. I had other health conditions to address. She was able to set up a lung X-ray for coughing spells. I appreciated her drive to help me find a resolution.

This was the first time I had met Ms. Landis as my PCP was not available. I needed a pre-surgery exam that included an EKG, and she performed all the services expertly and professionally. Her bed-side manner was exemplary, and I will welcome seeing her at any time that I am in need of seeing my doctor.

Landis was the first provider to ever give me complete eye contact during a visit and not be stuck at a computer. I appreciated she disclosed the dictation AI prior to start of visit and it allowed her to be present and communicate with me. I have never felt more heard, validated, and evaluated by a physician than that appt. She should lead a team workshop on how to run an efficient and caring visit (if she so desires to show off her exemplary).

it's a follow-up exam after my visit of urgent-care weekend recently.my initial family doctor was unavailable. so the present provider gave me the exam. she is professional. checked up all issues, symptoms. then diagnosis, and prescription.before my leaving her office, she talked to me on my health suggestion and guide on the prescription.

I saw Vanessa for the first time and she was WONDERFUL! She listened to what I had to say and she paid attention to every word I had to say. I felt that she was concerned about me and I will recommend her to my family and friends.

I have multiple complex medical problems. Vanessa LISTENED TO ME! She heard me, asked questions, and made me feel seen. She made suggestions about the acute UTI I had as well as suggesting seeing a nephrologist again. She offered a thoughtful solution to today's problem and an important suggestion for future care/success. I couldn't be happier. She was KIND, inquisitive, knowledgeable, and I appreciated it so much.

I felt heard by Vanessa and my reported concerns were addressed above and beyond what I expected for that visit. I know visits are 20 minutes in length, and I had 4 different issues to address, I didn't think I could squeeze in the anxiety concern, but we did and Vanessa peaked my Interest to try a medication again. Vanessa was patient/present, very knowledgeable and suggesting a different way to look at my auditory concerns and she is just so personable every time.

Vanessa is a wonderful medical care provider. One of the best I have ever experienced. With regards to the clinic and other staff, my experience has been good. I would suggest better coordination of making sure bloodwork is ordered and done prior to well checks. I was able to do this with assertion on my part, but feel like it should be built into the well check scheduling process.

I am very pleased with my care but, after my visits, if there has been a procedure like an X-ray where the result will be after the initial visit. It is ALWAYS posted on My Chart and neither I nor my husband have been able to access it. I know it is our inability to use today's technology but, it would be so wonderful if you offered a phone call or a letter that would let us know the results. Sorry to be a bother.We are so thankful for Providence and Sunset Medical. Everyone we have met has been kind, thorough, and informative. We are blessed to have you as our health providers.

I had seen this provider one time previously and found her to be extremely caring, personable, knowledgeable and professional. If it were possible, I would have chosen Vanessa as my primary care provider.I currently do not have a primary care physician as my physician retired. I was not able to get an appointment (initial visit) with my next PCP until May or June of 2024).
