Dr Pham is the absolute best primary care physician I have ever had. Both my husband and I are in better health because of her. Unlike other physicians, she remembers us and is very connected with our health care issues and personalities. My husband has a lot more health issues than me and she is so supportive of him and seems to have a genuine affection for him. I worked in medical education and recognize top quality when I see it. We moved from Oregon to Washington but stayed with Providence and St V , despite the commute, because of her excellence and the that of the cardiology group.

She is really nice and gentle to me and very calm.

Dr. Pham is a very thoughtful and communicative physician. I always feel heard with genuine care and consideration.

I'm very happy with my PCP. There was a time when my PCP changed every couple of years due to promotion or retirement, so it's been nice to have the same provider for several years.

This provider is always attentive and listens to my questions and concerns. I can't always get in to see her as soon as I would like.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this provider. She is extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and thorough. She listens and always does her very best to address my issues as thoroughly as possible. Highly recommend.

Dr. Pham is an exemplary physician. If I thought it wouldn't take her away from patient care too much I'd say she should be tapped as a teaching resource for other providers. Besides always being respectful, attentive and good at answering my questions, she seems very up to date both medically and technologically. She pays attention to my history, my recent lab results, and asks really good questions. She also doesn't push for meds or procedures, but sells me on some (like a statin, ie) with her knowledge of me and the options that exist. I greatly appreciate her approach and her wisdom.

I have been truly blessed to have my stellar, well coordinated, exceptional Healthcare Team. Collectively, they have kept me alive during the arduous, recent health challenges.

Dr. Pham is my all-time favorite physician. I am 62 years old and she helps me with everything! Even offered resources when we had a catastrophe in our home that's lasted over 3 years. She's made sure that I've had the mental and physical help available if I needed it! She always takes time to make sure everything is up to par for my disabilities.... Wonderful care!!

This provider and staff are welcoming everytime I call or come in. My provider asks questions about my past health issues and my current ones. My provider or the staff members always listen when I am asking question about my health.

Dr. Pham is excellent, very knowledgeable, took her time with me. The only downside is when she renewed my ongoing meds for another year, she notified Walgreen's instead of Optum RX. I called the office the next day to have that corrected.

Dr Pham is an excellent doctor who takes the effort to listen to her patients and get to know and understand them and their concerns.

In December 2021 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Dr Pham called me at home that night to let me know she saw my mammogram results and immediately referred me to a skilled breast surgeon and team at Compass Oncology. Her quick action and excellent referral saved my life. I am now Cancer Free due in part to her actions.

I also really appreciate her willingness to order whatever tests or special treatments are needed to either help solve problems (like an xray) or prevent others (like an ECHO or bone density test). I feel very heard and respected by her.

Dr. Pham has been the greatest advocate for me during my health challenges. She listens to my concerns and responds with compassion and solutions. I am so glad she invited me to bring up any concerns. I was going to ignore a symptom of itching that had been bothering me for at least one month. She investigated this and turns out there was an infection! Just took my last dose of antibiotics and am feeling much better. I already second guess whether I should bring up a problem because my perception is that there is 10 minutes for a provider to spend with me. I was considering changing to a different provider at another PMG clinic, but now I want to stay with Dr. Pham. Please let her know she is very appreciated and I will tell her myself when I see her next which may not be for quite some time.

Dr. Pham is wonderful! She's a good listener and responds to my concerns with suggestions and referrals as needed. I only wish it were easier to get an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. Emergencies don't always allow for making appointments three or four months in advance.
