About Samyon Itzhakov
Dr. Itzhakov earned his medical degree from Pacific Northwest University of Health Science College of Osteopathic Medicine and is a resident training in Internal Medicine at Providence Portland Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Itzhakov is a first generation American who was born in Queens, New York and grew up in Meridian, Idaho. He attended Boise State University where he obtained an undergraduate degree in Human Biology. While at Boise State, he worked as a math and biology tutor and scribed for emergency department physicians. He then attended medical school at Pacific Northwest University in Yakima, Washington.
