Richa Uppal, MD

Having earned my medical degree in India, I completed an Internal Medicine Residency at NYU downtown hospital. I have most recently completed a master’s degree in clinical research from OHSU. I moved to Portland in 2010 and enjoy its verdant surroundings and proximity to the great outdoors. I believe in a common-sense approach to medicine, one where the provider collaborates with the patient to achieve great physical and mental health. I try to stay on the learning curve and improve continuously, so I can provide the best care to my patients. Besides all outdoor activities and the arts, I get great satisfaction from my organic vegetable and herb garden and photographing my prize tomatoes.
