About Rebecca A. Fausel
Dr. Fausel was raised in Portland, Oregon. She attended Yale University for her undergraduate degree, and competed on the varsity swimming and cross country teams. She received her medical degree at George Washington University School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She completed her internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship training at the University of Washington. She completed an additional year of advanced specialty training in inflammatory bowel diseases at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York. She specializes in the care of patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
