I asked for an extended time for my appointment so I could discuss more than one health issue, in addition to the one that actually brought me in, and they were able to accomodate that. I appreciated being able to address those multiple issues so that I wouldn't have to make another trip in. My provider was very good at listening to my complex problem and sorting out what to do to help determine a diagnosis and to give me hope that there was something that could be done about it. I appreciated that very much!

She was excellent. Both the provider and her assistant were the best! They are both kind and caring. Explained everything and considered my comfort. The problem was solved. The knew what they were doing and did it quickly and efficiently, yet not in a hurried manner. My wait in the waiting room and in the exam room were both brief.

Lisa Seung is a wonderful nurse practitioner. I always feel so lucky when I'm able to bookan appointment with her. She makes me feel comfortable and confident in her knowledge. She is very professional, yet friendly, and communicate very well. She is a joy to interact with.
