Dr. Herder has been my PCP for several years and I have been extremely pleased with her care. I felt forced to transfer care to Dr. Herder due to repeatedly very poor experiences with my prior PCP at another clinic not associated with Providence Medical Group following a severe medical event (multiple pulmonary emboli in all major pulmonary arteries, a pulmonary saddle embolus, and right heart failure). Although Dr. Herder's practice was closed to new patients, she agreed to accept me due to the severity of my medical issues. I am forever grateful to her for her professionalism, kind demeanor, medical knowledge and very capable care.

Dr. Herder was wonderful. I really appreciate her seeing me, as there was a mix up with my appt and she wasn't expecting to see a new patient. Her team was very kind and helpful. I am very happy with the service that I received. Thank you!

My experience with Dr Herder and her office staff have always been very positive. I had an appointment that I needed to cancel because I had a serious respiratory infection and it was not safe to visit the office. I was immediately given another appointment later in the month.

My general health had improved at least 75% since beginning my care by Dr. Herder. I have not had another sinus infection, we have been able to lower my blood pressure and fasting glucose levels without medication, and she is unfailingly encouraging.

Dr. Herder seems to be an excellent physician, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I feel fortunate that she is my PCP.

I've had overall very positive experience - but on the occasion it can be hard to be seen. I've had to go to urgent care because a same-day appointment wasn't available and wasn't for three days - which I thought was a little odd when complaining of a potential bladder infection. My husband has also had difficulty getting in for same-day unexpected illness. So now we do have our preferred urgent care - but ideally there would be time slots available for same-day urgency - alas, there are potentially many patients vying for an appointment. I prefer to think urgent care offices are for after-hour care/weekend illness, but now it seems it's for weekday too. Either way - I'm grateful for caring medical professionals whom I've experienced at both this clinic and at urgent care. So I consider myself lucky in that sense.

Excellent Doctor

Please Just tell me if medicine is not a prescription I waited at the pharmacy to be told it's otc and had I known I wouldn't have even asked Dr for it. Has happened a couple times. Either allergy or digestive meds. Otherwise I'm happy with my dr. Thank you.

The disadvantage though was calling to make appointments, I need to wait longer than usual to talk to someone. So, I decided to do my appointment online and I waited for 3 months to make my appointments done because my provider has fully book.
