You have a caring and excellent staff of nurses, doctors etc at St Vincent. Please recognize that St V's reputation is due to the care they provide, and give them the pay and support they so deserve. It is, in most part, because of the wonderful staff that we continue to support and refer St Vincent's.

I appreciate how I can always see someone in the practice easily even when my doctor is not available for appointments.

My wellness check was with Kim Ceccarelli as PA. She thoroughly, competent, pleasant, alert to ests I needed and remembered me from a previous visit. She is excellent.

Kimberly was able to help me with multiple issues at once that ALL needed attention. She did not make me feel badly for having so much to take care of. Some providers in the past have been poor professionals and are irritated when I ask many questions and try to cover as much ground as possible. Kimberly was excellent at making It clear we couldn't do everything, but still at least hearing and acknowledging all my concerns. She was receptive, did everything she could with her time, and knowledgeable.

Great office. The receptions offered me water and I had forgotten my water bottle. The nurse practitioner was very good and really listened and addressed all my issues and had me get a X-ray Incase I had pneumonia.

As someone whose anxiety affects how they communicate, I appreciate how Kimberly Ceccarelli listened and asked clarifying questions to me with such compassion, support, patience, and affirmation. I left the appointment with an understanding of every recommendation she gave (elaborated also in the After Visit Summary and MyChart notes); I also felt fully seen as an individual and empowered to choose at my pace what felt best when it came to holistically caring for my health. This was a nurse practitioner whom I had never seen before. She was very responsive to my concerns and made a couple referrals while I was there.

She demonstrated curiosity about me and my health, listened well, took time to examine my medical record, recommended and helped facilitate a dermatologist referral since I moved, and truly seemed to enjoy her work.
