Dr Youker has ALWAYS been professional, approachable, friendly, gracious, sincere and so articulate!! My husband and I have felt so fortunate that Dr Jeff Youker is our go-to Doctor. He has no ego in the work and has always given us excellent referrals for any specialists we have needed. He is an excellent Doctor!!!

Very competent practice

I saw Dr. Y because my usual PCP was not available. My hand had gone numb and I had to wait over a month to see my PCP. I still had to wait two weeks to see Dr. Y. An MRI has been ordered and (after a fight with insurance) I will still have to wait almost two months to get it. I am actively calling around to non-Providence facilities to see if anyone can do it faster. Dr. Y was kind-- he listened and explained as much as he could. I would have preferred to see my usual PCP but this was an OK replacement. I would see him again if PCP were not available. Still have no diagnosis or treatment plan for numbness in hand--almost 6 weeks out--none on horizon.

Meeting Dr Youker for the first time, I felt very comfortable and confident in his care.

Dr. Youker always respects my opinions and gives me options for my care, which is greatly appreciated. He explains his recommendations clearly and lets me decide what is best for me. He listens and obviously cares.

Knowledgeable about my records. Never feel rushed. Feel listened to and makes you feel like a person, not a number on a chart.

Dr.Youker is clinically and personally outstanding. He is very instrumental in my physical as well as mental health,and he relates so easily and well to those of us not trained in the medical field. I also praise the office staff for their efficiency and kindness. NEVER have I experienced a lengthy wait for my appointments, and the office environment is calm and reassuring. Also, with one exception, I have had prompt attention and responses from staff assisting me when I have called with requests or concerns. I feel blessed to be a patient in this practice!!

As a new patient of another provider in this practice, I had never met Dr Youker before. He was filling In for my Primary Care provider that day. I was immediately taken by his sincerity and focus on my needs. He was knowledgable and decisive. He was clear about what take-away responsibilities he would assume. He listened to everything I had to say and answered my questions professionally. As well, his friendly manner and sense of humor made the visit enjoyable as well as productive.

Doctor Youker is wonderful attentive and really cares. I don't like such long weights for a visit or scheduling.
