Can't sing the praises of Dr. Alice Nayak any higher. She is so smart, well informed about any topic I ever inquire about. She knows my history and recommends conservative follow-up testing and labs that make sense rather than a blanket plan for everyone. Her communication and follow-up with patient's is amazing. One-in-a-million doctor!

I switched to this provider since she was my wife's primary care provider and I have always felt comfortable with her interaction with patients. I did not feel that my previous care provider was as invested in what I had to say as he was with how he felt "his answers" were solving all my problems, even if he counteracted what he had said in previous visits.

Dr. Nayak is very knowledgeable and profesional provider. She explain any concern and with patient And easy understand her answers. All her staff Is professional and treat you with respect.

Dr Nayak is a blessing for both my partner & I, We have been seeing her for years, even when we left the Portland area, she remains our PCP & a loyal advocate. This is a wonderful practice, however there can be some things that should be improved. I don't know what bean counter in Providence thought that my Doctor should be tethered to a computer almost my entire visit, is on my list. This front office needs way shorter hold times when we call in, sometimes it's near an hour to get through, even with routine calls it takes far too long, especially when you are feeling sick, the phones should be a priority & since Covid, offices are staffed with less staff, trying to accomplish twice as much, Hire More People like Mel! Mel is my go to person in the from the front office of this practice & I adore her. She has fixed screw ups, mostly with prescriptions that we both receive, over the years I have been able to hand her my problem & she fixes it, I think she may be magic. LOL!

Dr. Nayak is an excellant physician. Attenive and knowlegeable.

Dr. Nayak is a doctor's care. The team in her office is exceptional, as is she.

Dr Nayak is phenomenal. I count myself extremely lucky to have her as my physician: she is kind, attentive, smart, open-minded, and truly enters the exam room as a partner in my health. She asks questions like "what would YOU like to do?" which helps me feel aligned with decision-making. She brings up-to-date, evidence-based knowledge for the most recent best-practice clinical standards, while also being flexible and considering ALL treatment pathways that might make sense and be best for me as a unique individual (not just limiting her treatment plan to guidelines alone). She tackles problems with the depth of knowledge and skill of an experienced primary care provider, rather than just robotically serving up a referral to specialists for straightforward conditions. I admire her ability to be both efficient and on-time, AND give me the time & attention I need with each visit. She follows up on test results & responds to emails rapidly (I can recall one MyChart message that she sent to me at 6:30 am on a Saturday!). I know great care when I see it, and Dr Nyak is it!
