She was a good listener

We were delighted with PA Sarah Harris in both conversations and prescriptions for treatment.

Sarah, and her assistant (sorry, I forget her name) were friendly, sympathetic and professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed them in a coherent manner. I appreciated their thoroughness and respectful demeanor.

I stay with Providence and have been with Providence doctors since 1996, Because I have found them to be exceptional! I prefer a woman doctor as opposed to a man simply because I've had too many male doctors who do not LISTEN.I was seen by a PA, Sarah Harris, because my doctor has left the practice as of last October. In the meantime, PA Harris will be handling my medical needs. I was a short that she would listen, and that was correct! I pride myself on doing my homework before I come to the office if there are issues that need to be discussed. I would say the majority of patients do not do that so I come in informed and want to double check with my doctor to make sure I am correct. The doctors and PAs have all been supportive and that is why I stay with Providence!

Sarah Harris was everything I would expect to have in a routine office visit.

Ms. Harris is extremely personable and easy to talk with. I respect her knowledge and that she reads and responds to test results.

Sarah was un to date on best practices of all my medical questions and made changes based on my need and best practices

the M.A. Always leads me to a treatment room, is very pleasant, does a check on vital signs, helps me relax, then briefly afterwards Sarah Harris, my N.P enters the room and gives full attention to my needs. I feel she Is knowledges my medical needs and properly addresses them. Proper care follows, and my health-care needs are met with a proper plan of care. I can ask all kinds of questions, and good answers and a plan of care ensues. Ai am very pleased with my care In this office, with Sarah Harris as my medical care-provider.

Provider had to step in for what a call for an appointment was deemed as "a little more immediate ". Not a regular person I've seen, but I felt took some time to look at records and results previously to help focus on the immediate priorities and not what I've ignored for about four years. Was able to maintain calmness and my anxiety wasn't triggered for worst case scenario. I appreciated the expectation at the beginning of this is the focus.
