She spent more time than I thought she would with me, answering all of my questions. I had a typed sheet of questions for her and she systematically went through all of them. On this questionnaire, you ask about our making a telephone call to our provider but for the most part, I use the messaging part of MyChart. So I often will send a message to our provider and I always get a prompt response to my questions or requests.

I am quite humbly thankful for the care I've received. Additionally, I perceive that care is provided to all of their patients, with the goal of achieving the best health possible.

The discussions we had during my visit were productive, with the doc listening to all my concerns, and understanding the basis for my opinions. She was very respectful of my opinions. She was very thorough and clear in explaining my options. I never felt pressured or disrespected at any point during the appointment.

I switched doctors and am so glad Dr. Severson is now my Primary care Physician. She is everything you could hope for in a doctor, I am fortunate that I have not had to see her for more than my annual exams, but when we talk about future healthcare things coming up, she Is very Informative, professional, caring, and listens to your concerns, and/or fears.

It took 6 months to get a primary care provider to get an appt. There are times where I need help quicker and have a nurse practitioner I use when I can't get an appt with Providence. I really like Dr Severson

My provider was great the only problem was I had to wait four months to get in for my first appointment

I am a fairly new patient to Dr. Seversen & have liked her very much from the very first visit. She's comfortable to talk with & open to listening. She's been thorough in her explanations & has offered choices in my care. I understand the time constraint that Is placed upon the providers, but I have to say she at least never makes me 'feel' like I'm being rushed through my visit. This was my first visit with Dr Severson and I was so impressed by her. She had been well versed in my medical history and several visits I had regarding a significant health condition.
