Great compassion from DOctor as well as the nurse great respect received

This appointment was simply a "meet and greet" appointment for continuing general care since my long-time provider will be retiring soon. I appreciated this opportunity that was a way for her to get to know me and review my history. Dr. McCarthy had obviously read my chart and was very familiar with my medical history. I will return I 3-4 months for my annual visit but now have a seamless transition to my new provider.

I like how Dr. McCarthy listens to me and goes through options to address my concerns. She is thorough and caring.

This physician is very informed and knowledgable about the patient she is seeing. She was direct and interested to give the best care.She allowed the patient to be involved in the direction of their care with good information.

I want to be clear that my answers to the objective questions reflect that this was my initial visit with Dr. McCarthy. My previous doctor at Blue Mountain Clinic left the practice so I switched providers. Blue Mountain did not send over my records as I had requested, which is why Dr. McCarthy did not know much about my previous medical history. I felt Dr. McCarthy listened to me and provided very helpful feedback. She also set a future appointment for a true annual checkup. I was very pleased overall with my first experience at this office.

She gave me suggestion about my sleep medicine that I appreciate and I'm very pleased with it.

My new provider is amazing. She was very thorough and did research my file prior to visit so she was able to follow-up on any health issues I may have. Impressed with this physician!

This was the meeting that I had with the new primary care doctor. She is very knowledgeable, listens well and caring.I was sorry to see my PC retire, yet I think that Dr. McCarthy will be an excellent replacement.

I came to my doctor because I was frustrated with my now former doctor because she had no interest in me as an older person/patient. Dr. Morgan M. Showed a great interest in helping me as I am aging and was equipped with knowledge about my needs. Her personality is great and I felt very comfortable with the kind of care she is giving me. She seemed to share excitement about the way my health is at age 83 and that really encouraged me. It had been a long time since I had experienced that response to my efforts with my Type II diabetes. We have only seen each other 3 times so far and I am greatly encouraged having her as my new doctor. Thank you for the opportunity to share with you about her.

Dr. McCarthy has made the transition from my caregiver of 20 plus years very easy. She is very attentive to my needs. She is thorough, kind and knowledgeable. I feel I can trust her going forward. She does not treat me like a " throw away " person like so many physicians do to elderly people as my friends have experienced in other practices. That is to be honored. I appreciate her diligence in my care and look forward to care in the years to come. I would recommend her to my friends in a heartbeat.

I had a difficult time scheduling this appointment. The scheduling person I spoke with did not understand or care about my symptoms or distress. Dr. McCarthy provided excellent care, but also seemed concerned that it took so long for me to be seen given the symptoms and distress I communicated to the scheduling person. To be clear, my actual visit with Dr. McCarthy was excellent. She is very present, considerate, and I'm often put at ease by how thoughtful she is about my immediate and whole health.

This was my first annual check-up with Dr McCarthy after moving into the area. I am very happy with my choice, and her professionalism. She provided very rapid follow-up, personalized, to my lab results after the visit. It was obvious she, and her staff, had reviewed my medical history before the visit. I arrived early for the visit, and the staff got me in early! All blood draws were done right in the clinic, which is very convenient.
