I had to do the visit for a referral for a dermatologist. He did as best as he could and referred me to a dermatologist.

It was a first meeting and it went well. I did not ask very many questions and I will next time I see him.

I was able to get a Same Day appointment without having to go to Urgent Care plus X-rays.

It was my first visit with Dr. Valdez and was very impressed with his attention to my problems. He read my records, discussed my problem and immediately referred me to an specialist. I'll like to mention, Jose his assistant too, he was exceptional. Thanks.

This is the first time I saw Michael Vargas. My PCP is Charlene Lin. I would actually like to change my PCP to Michael Vargas. That is how much I enjoyed meeting with him. Most likely my husband will change to him also.

Dr Valdez is a great physician. It was my first time seeing him, and I had heard great things about him and he confirmed everything that was said. He spent a lot of time in the room with me and if I needed more time, he would've spent more time.

Dr. Valdez is not my usual primary care doctor, but I felt like I was in very capable hands with him. He was thorough and explained everything very well.

He was a fill-in doctor for my regular doctor, who is on leave. I really liked him and felt he was very efficient and friendly.

The care was excellent my only reservation was the provider was a substitute for my regular doctor.

Although Dr. Valdez is not my regular internist I was very pleased with the care he provided. We discussed the medications I was on and compared them to my lab results and he recommended a slight adjustment with confidence and ordered a follow up lab test to confirm his adjustment was working properly.

I was amazed by the amount of time Dr. Valdez spent with me. He asked question from my medical records and saw that I had been fighting bronchitis. I so appreciate the information he gave me and the assurance that if my bronchitis returned I could call the office and get more antibiotics. I really appreciated the care In which Dr. Valdez showed me.

This was a good visit. Dr. Valdez took the time to hear and address all of my concerns. The only issue was that I had to wait in the lobby/waiting room more than 15 minutes to see the doctor.

Was told to continue meds and from the betterment of my condition, was told it probably was infection and not gout. As previously suspected at appointment. Good followup. Appreciated the concern.

He and his staff were kind and considerate always making sure that my needs were taken care not only for the visit but in general as it affected my health. In respect to the virus he went through a battery of test to insure my current state of health and for treatment of the virus. We sat and talked then the doctor tells me we are going to start over--did not answer my question about the rsv shot I just go that now I find out im allergic to..i have been going there for over 35 years or so---i dont understand

The overall service was good considering I did not see my regular doctor. I did not go into depth on some of my concerns due to him being new to me and the feeling that he was under time constraints which has been a primary concern of mine with the Providence group for the past several years. Actually maybe because the Dr was new to me he spent a little more time convincing some items more than in past years.

Dr Valdez is not my usual doctor. Dr Batty is my main guy. However, my kness had "blown" out and I needed quick care. Dr Batty had no available appointments so I was booked with Dr Valdez. Dr Valdez was incredibly awesome!! He reviewed my overall health and then he looked into my hurt knee issue. Dr Valdez asked tons of question, which I found reassuring. He is a super nice, approachable, friendly, and concerned doctor!!!

I was very impressed by the amount of time Dr Valdez spent listening to me about why I was there. He talked to me about another health issue I'm having that I have an upcoming test for. I will be asking to see him in the future. I will also refer him along with the office staff . Rosie is great! I always get a prompt call back from her.
