Dr. Lin spends quality time with me and shows genuine concern for me.

This is the first time to be with Providence and Dr. Lin because my blood sugar was very high the medication what I had never works, to visit Dr. Lin just wanted to have better prescription to reduce my symptoms. The doctor doubled my dose. I real appreciate. One thing I don't feel confortable is that she changed one of my Rx Isosorbite from 90 days to 30 days. I prefer doctor does not change any Rx on a first visit of a new patient if patient is not request. Thank you for this opportunity.

My former PC doctor went into a specialty and Dr. Lin is the doctor I chose as my new PCP. I appreciate the care she took to listen to me and since I travel as much as I do it was a relief to meet a doctor I hope will be my permanent PCP.

Dr. Lin is my new doctor following retirement of my last physician. She is thorough, thoughtful, clear communicator, and open to suggestions and listens to my concern. She explains each referral and reasoning and expresses her priorities for my health and well-being. I'm grateful to have her taking care of me. Additionally, the staff, from check-in and her assistant at in-take are professional, friendly, and kind. I use my-chart and phone to communicate with the office and have gotten same day response from my-chart and next day response from a phone inquiry. It's a great operation and gives me confidence that I matter.

Dr. Linn is definitely very young and a beginning doctor. She was patient with me but I wish she was more experienced. There was no receptionist in her area when I arrived at the time I was told to be there. I had to go to another office to check in. That is not her fault but a staffing issue. This was the same problem on my last visit to her.

I found Dr. Lin to be friendly, informative, and wanting to do what is best for my health.

This was the first time meeting new primary care doctor. She didn't know me and there was much to cover. I liked her very much and think she did a great job getting up to speed with my individual needs. She brought her own unique vision to the table, enabling a fresh look at my medical needs.

This was my first visit with Dr. Charlene Lin. I found she was a good listener and demonstrated great care in what my concerns were. Her examination was thorough and she did not rush which I appreciated. I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Lin.

Personally, I feel like my provider doesn't have knowledge about alternative medicine prescribe so that my insurance can approve it. I have a [ID] and there should be be some alternative in prescribe medication. I feel like the doctor/staff doesn't take the time to do research for ease of their patient for medication alternative if one is not approve by the insurance.

My experience with this provider was good. It was a get acquainted visit, though, as she replaced my primary care provider. I don't really feel qualified at this point to complete this survey.

She is very good listener , good thorough in examings

Dr Lin is new to the practice as I had Dr Allison Foley previously. I don't feel she explains test results in a comprehensive manner. She is soft spoken and thoughtful but I feel she is hesitant to explain terms and give reasoning for a change in my health stats. She does refer easily to other specialists and blood work but I often leave confused and concerned. I've had to call the office after my visit to explain the referrals I was given. When my blood pressure skyrocketed, I was unable to get an appt for 2 weeks and ended up at urgent care. I will continue to follow up with her and try to be more direct in my own questioning. I'm hoping we can work together for my health needs.

My time with Dr. Lin was pleasant and productive. She listened to my heealth concerns and provided answers and testing when needed.

I called in multiple times for nearly a week requesting to to speak with my Dr. Or a Dr. I was willing to come in. I explained the situation. I needed a prescription cream. My Dr. Was not in office and no one got back to me after none of my many calls. Poor experience. I finally got a tele health phone call appointment with Dr. Linn. It took just a few minutes to analyze the situation and get the medication I needed. This should of happened a week earlier.

This is a brand new doctor to me. My previous doctor of over 20 years was excellent! But her new duties are assigned to cancer patients. It is going to be difficult to fill this doctor's shoes. I'm not positive this young new dictator will be the right match for me, however. Time will tell. She was courteous, professional, but didn't fully give me her reasons for ordering lab work for me, when I had already done lab work within the past two weeks! I needed her authorization for an upcoming procedure/surgery. I have a regular'get-to-know me' appointment in two weeks.

I like to talk to Dr about my problems

This was only my second visit with Dr Lin, but she was very through and pleasant. She seems quite knowable.

I love Dr. Lin I always get immediate appointments and seen as quickly as possible.

This was my first apppointment with a new Primary Care Pnysician - my previous PCP wasn't going to be a PCP any longer. I think It went well and Dr. Lin was helpful and listened to my concerns.

I had Covid and needed treatment and medication quickly, Dr. Lin was able to see me and call in a prescription quickly to get me on the road to recovery.

The visit was a waste of time and $. The Dr specifically told me she didn't want to know about me and my history. She will do all the talking because she was afraid the appointment was taking too long.

Knowledgeble & caring

Considering it was a first real visit, as this doctor took over for my previous doctor, it's fair to say she did well .

First time seeing this doctor as a new patient. She let me ask any questions I needed and answer them to the best of her ability. She set up appointments for wellness check such as mammogram CT scan Etc. And set up appointments for concerns that she could not handle with specialist. I am pleased to have her as a new primary doctor

This was my first office visit with Dr Lin. As you know Dr Lin replaced Dr Foley as my primary care physician. During this initial visit Dr Line was knowledgeable of my medical history, established a positive doctor/patient relationship, was thorough in gathering information from me, and in providing recommendations.

My first visit with Dr. Lin for general malaise. My wife, a retired nurse, suspected a UTI but after a souple of days I pretty much recovered and am pretty much normal, but I am recovering from a head cold that I suspect was the underlying cause of all my discomfort. Dr. Lin did well In diagnosing my problems.

She is very through I am so thrilled with her care

This was a new patient visit, as my former Dr. Has taken another position within St. Jude/Providence. It appears that my medical history had not been reviewed prior to my appointment by questions I was asked. My current medical condition and treatment was not referred to at all.

Dr. Lin is my new doctor. My previous doctor was Dr. Foley. This appointment was more of a meet and greet for the doctor to get to know me as well as I get to know her. Hopefully this will turn into a good partnership as I had with Dr. Foley who had keep me pretty healthy all these years.

Dr. Lin, was very polite and knowledgeable about my medical history. I did ask for a referral but it must have been lost in our discussion because I didn't receive that referral. I do see her again next week so I will remind her about that and try to get the referral then.
