The Dr is exceptional. He always wants the best for me. He is very thorough. He's a sweetheart with great "bedside" manners. He's got a great sense of humor which lightens the visit. His NP that I have seen is equally wonderful. I FINALLY feel I have a Dr's group that cares for me.

Dr Flores is always prepared for my visit. He knows who I am and goes over past visit and current visit and what we expect or are working on for my next visit. Wonderful doctor.

It's always a pleasure going to Facey to see my doctor. The office is always clean and staff are very professional. I always have a pleasant talk with my doctor and explain things to me and always gives me a great results either good or bad, he's so caring and treats you life a family.

I saw Dr Flores for a referral which my insurance requires. He approved the referral and I was happy.

Dr Flores is the best! Easy to talk to and very attentive to his patient's needs and concern. Everything is very well explained. Only downside is very hard to get an appointment since he's very popular. But I normally message him on MY CHART If my concern Is urgent, and he replies right away. Thank you Dr Flores!!!

I had a great experience this time with my provider. The only reason I marked less than 10 is because of my overall experience with Facey. I haven't always had a good experience.

Other than being referred to and securing the services of a Specialist Physician even in an urgent situation, I found my medical provider s especially my primary physician very professional in terms of my personal medical care, etc.I wish Facey or Provident has more Specialist physicians esp. Gastroenterologists readily available especially in urgent cases like mine.

The ma and the doctor where very professional and made sure I fully understood all the test I was going to have. The Doctor took his time with me and made sure I understood everything he discussed with me.

Doctor Flores has taken the time to get to know me, and is still working with me to have a final operation to correct an incisional hernia from my bowel resection surgery. He has been very supportive of all of my written questions through MyChart.

I liked Dr. Flores. He examined my legs & measured the circumference of them. He told me he did not think I had a blood clot but thought it best to order a d-diner test to make sure. Then he sent me a message to let me know it was negative for a clot which really relieved my mind. I was really happy to be seen when I was because I did not feel I should wait any longer as my regular doctor was off for a few more days.

All good , the lab results were available to me on line so a follow up call on lab results was not needed. Lab results were discussed during my appointment with Dr Flores
