Excellent Provider

I am new to Facey. This was my first time with this provider. She was gathering all my information. I left very impressed.

It often takes many months to see a specialist. But when I do see them, I am pleased with their care.

NP Zareno was very thorough with her examination of my knee. She set me up with an X-ray, prescribed an anti inflammatory, and sent in a referral for physical therapy.I was not able to get an appointment with my regular doctor, but was to secure one with NP Zareno on the same day I called.

Maritess Zareno in my opinion save my life when she decided to give me an EKG. Send me to ER for more test. They found 1 blood clot on each leg and 1 on each lungs. Thank you Maritess zareno

My care provider listened carefully to me, looked through my visit history and notes from prior urgent care visits, and helped explain to me my symptoms and what was going on. I felt very reassured to have some answers and a plan for care.

New to this facility, and thus far I've received respect, promptness of appt scheduling, and call backs. NP was very attentive, and seemed knowledgeable, and did not make me feel rushed. She spent a decent amount of time talking to me about my concern. Over all I had a very good experience.

Maritess, NP ordered tests for my issues and I was able to receive these tests in the same day. Did not have to schedule each test and go back. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my issues.
